WSxVO_GENSAT_Features - Annotations for mouse brain gene expression from GENSAT.
Visual Genomics:
The first part of the project is based on the Edinburgh Mouse Atlas Project (EMAP). This project has been working for more than a decade in the creation of a digital atlas of mouse development and a database that spatially maps in situ gene expression (EMAGE database).
